When diners come into our restaurants, they're paying for more than just the food. With the prevalence of higher end fast food and ready-to-cook grocery store fare, all available for a fraction of a sit-down restaurant's prices, the food itself you serve doesn't represent the real value. The value is in the service,…

Just wanted to bring to your attention that bluntdinerz's blogs have more likes than than views! How is that? Looks like cheating to me! Thank you
my name is lisa, i work at village inn in desmoines, and this is a great way to vent, to other servers, lol
People have often asked me, “Why doesn’t this tool already exist?”
I am very fortunate to have had the vision for a ‘multi-fuctional’ style bar tool. I have spent virtually, my entire life involved in the Hotel, Bar & Restaurant business. I have overcome many challenges and have learned from many world-class bartenders, mixologists and Service Industry professionals along the way. For several years, I had even participated in “Bartender-Skills” Competitions which further refined my expertise of the Industry.
In 2002, when I decided I wanted to share what I had learned, I started my own Bar & Night Club consulting agency called ''Premier Bartending of Colorado'', and since then I have trained hundreds of bartenders, managers, owners and Service Industry Professionals. It was my passion and dedication to the Service Industry that would lead me to conceptualize this efficient tool in 2006.
In 2011 I received my Patent. Now, with your involvement through Kickstarter, my goal is to put a BarBack tool in every home, restaurant and bar in the country and eventually, The World.
THANK YOU!
sure!
