I'm a waitress, so maybe every table I get thinks that I'm also a stripper, I don't know.
Here are my basic rules for tables, 1. Don't touch me 2. Don't touch me and 3. DON'T FREAKIN TOUCH ME.
I've had multiple men at my tables touch the small of my back, which is not okay. The worst thing in the world was when a man in his sixties said to me "better start doin some table dances toots" and slapped my ass. Luckily my manager kicked them out, but it begs the question, why do people think this is appropriate?
I'd like to ALSO state that I don't work at the Tilted Kilt, or Hooters, or a strip club. I work at a family pizza restaurant where we wear jeans and baggy tee shirts.
Anyone want to shed light on this situation?
