when training on coffee machiens I make them drink it. it seves two things one consistancy and another is upselling for the floor. Hi my name is Colleen. ive been in food since 98.

Takes more then a few pounds of coffee for them to get that shot right but they will get it eventually :)

Good luck with them though. :P

Funnily enough I am a tea girl by nature; however, there is something about making that perfect shot of coffee and it just balances right in the mouth, atm i am training a couple of girls on the coffee machine and boy is it hard to get consistency. In the end i know that they will get it right but in their own time. :D !!
