I've been in restaurants for over 7 years, working positions from a taco maker to a corporate kitchen trainer to managing a kitchen to (now) being the best waiter I can be! I'm an eclectic mix of very outgoing and highly logical thinking, which has given me a keen eye for pros and cons of the inner workings of restaurants. Currently I'm in the process of finishing my degree in Landscape Architecture through Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, but I still keep a real, true passion for the culinary world.
